This one is difficult. There are two female characters, the mother (Lynda Boyd) and the sister Lisa (Jodelle Ferland). They have a conversation about feeding the dog with pizza.
The thing is that the mother's name is never mention during the episode, but is mentioned in the credits: Carolyn. Not sure whether this count as named character or not. If it counts as a name character, then the episode passes the test. If it doesn't count as a female character, then it doesn't pass.
I'll go with the "is not a named female character", but not really sure.
